Service Guideline

This Service Agreement is formulated to standardize the use of online cross-border service systems, protect the legitimate rights and interests of all service users, and regulate the operation and service provision behaviors of the service provider. All users who access, browse, trade and interact through this independent service platform shall automatically become the bound objects of this agreement, and shall fully abide by all the normative contents stipulated herein in the whole process of service use.
In the process of providing generalized cross-border transaction connection and service matching functions, the service provider always adheres to the principle of open, fair and standardized service provision, and does not set restrictive thresholds for applicable product categories and service scenarios. The service system is independently operated and maintained, focusing on providing convenient online interactive service support for cross-border transaction behaviors of individual and institutional users. The service provider will try its best to continuously optimize system functions, simplify operation processes and improve user service experience according to user feedback and industry universal service demands.
All users shall take the initiative to assume their own usage responsibilities during the service use process. Users must ensure that all their transaction behaviors, information release behaviors and interactive operation behaviors comply with public order and good customs and standardized usage norms. Any improper behavior that damages the service environment, disrupts service order or infringes the rights and interests of others is not allowed. Once the service provider finds or receives valid feedback on user violations, it will try its best to verify the situation in a timely manner and take corresponding restrictive measures including but not limited to warning, function restriction and service termination according to the severity of the violation.
In terms of service guarantee, the service provider will try its best to maintain the long-term stable operation of the system, ensure the normal display of service functions and smooth progress of user transaction interactions. However, due to the uncertainty of network technology, server operation, external environment and other factors, the service cannot guarantee zero failure and zero delay all the time. For temporary system faults, function anomalies and data transmission errors, the service team will try its best to complete emergency maintenance and recovery work at the first time, and make reasonable optimization adjustments for recurring problems.
In terms of user data protection, the service provider adopts standardized data encryption and storage management modes, and will try its best to prevent user data loss, leakage and tampering. Users have the right to query, correct and sort out their personal service data independently. The service provider will only use user data for internal service operation and system optimization, and will not conduct unauthorized commercial sharing and disclosure to external parties.
The service provider reserves the right to update and revise this agreement according to service iteration and operation adjustment needs. The revised agreement content will be displayed through the service interface in a timely manner, and the continued use of the service by users will be deemed as recognition of the updated agreement terms. For all service disputes and rights disputes arising from the use of the system, both parties will try their best to resolve them through friendly consultation and communication.
